These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DegenCity website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site.
Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility and Age Restriction

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the site is legal in your location. DegenCity does not accept players from restricted jurisdictions. The site is intended for players in Australia and other permitted regions.
Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed using the methods listed on the Payments page. Minimum deposit amounts are approximately A$10 for crypto, cards, and e-wallets, and A$20 for bank transfers. Withdrawal times vary by method: crypto withdrawals are processed within minutes subject to network confirmations, card withdrawals take one to five business days, bank transfers take three to five business days, and e-wallets take 24 to 48 hours. DegenCity does not charge fees on crypto transactions, but fiat methods may incur bank fees. Large withdrawals may trigger identity verification requirements. Bonus Terms and Conditions
All bonuses, rewards, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and conditions. The following rules apply generally unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
7-Day 10% Cashback
New players receive 10% of net losses back during their first seven days after registration. This cashback is credited automatically with no wagering requirements. There is no maximum conversion amount. No promo code is required. Cashback applies to the first seven days only and cannot be combined with other offers.
Rakeback
Rakeback is a percentage of the house edge returned on every bet, win or loss. Rakeback unlocks at the Chiplet rank, which requires 1,000 XP, and the percentage scales with your rank tier. Rakeback is credited automatically.
Weekly and Monthly Rewards
Players at Chiplet rank and above are eligible for weekly spin-and-win prizes and larger monthly rewards scaled by rank tier. These rewards are credited automatically and are subject to the terms shown in the Bonus Hub.
General Bonus Rules
All bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated. DegenCity reserves the right to revoke or adjust any bonus if irregular play or bonus abuse is detected. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and excluded games apply where stated in individual offer terms. Promotional credits, if any, are redeemed via the Coupons tab in your account.
Game Rules
All games operate using a certified random number generator to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you accept the rules of that specific game. DegenCity reserves the right to void bets placed in error, due to a technical fault, or where the outcome was affected by a malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and winnings will be voided.
Fair Play and RNG
DegenCity is committed to fair gaming. All games, including the provably fair Originals such as Crash, Dice, Mines, and Plinko, use verified RNG technology. Players can verify the fairness of Originals games through the provably fair system available in the game interface. Any attempt to manipulate the RNG or exploit software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Responsible Gambling

Any account found to be involved in prohibited activities will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.
Restricted Regions

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, where the operator is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
